BUSINESS OPERATIONS and PORTFOLIO MANAGEMENT: Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Process Development - responsible for leading the Business Operations team to enable Kite’s strategic objectives. Oversee the Process Development Project Management, Lab Operations and Knowledge Management teams. IT ENABLED TRANSFORMATION: Developed and implemented comprehensive \"change\" program to enable the global SAP/IBM transformation initiative - impacting all functional areas. Resulting in standardized business processes, information integration, and a new global operating model - annual benefits of over $90 Million. OUTSOURCING: Developed and led the \"change\" program that enabled Australia\'s leading Teleco to transform its procurement functions and supply chain. Resulting in the successful transition activities (lifting and shifting employees) and the implementation of IT driven and process driven projects. CENTER OF EXCELLENCE - STRATEGY AND DESIGN: Contributed to commercializing IBM’s \"Smarter Enterprise\" capability.
