I am an ambitious and highly motivated Quantity Surveyor with a result driven mindset.I have experienced a variety of pre and post contract roles within the Rail and Infrastructure sector, gaining a wide breadth of knowledge in key commercial duties such as; estimating & cost planning, commercial management, contract management & negotiation, cost verification, procurement and tender analysis. I have experience of leading a commercial team in the successful delivery of a programme of works and possess strong stakeholder management skills. I also have acquired unique experience of procuring high value and complex frameworks / projects within the infrastructure sector. Currently a student member of RICS with the aspiration of achieving MRICS status within the next 12 months.
