Leading a team of Certified Salesforce Administrators to manage 3 Salesforce Experience sites. Two for Customers and one for Employees. We are progressing these sites to use as much A.I. and automation as possible to provide the most relevant information to the user, whether that is case deflection or suggesting media content or a training experience. Salesforce Service cloud is a core part of our offering in our Customer communities where we promote Knowledge articles along with other media like short videos to provide answers to our Customer needs. When a customer does have to create a case they can create a video in the case to share their experience in our software products.
