About Jonathan Stokes

My passion is to create things, I spend much of my free time working on my 3d printers and laser cutters. I have a lot of experience with CAD software (SolidWorks, Inventor, Creo, Fusion 360). In my recent roles I have found another passion for management, manufacturing, and operations. Spending time building a team that can tackle complex challenges has been a great experience.

   Manage the Manufacturing Engineering Department (Methods) to create new routings and procedures for fabricating parts out on the shop floor. Work to increase shop work center efficiency by driving new improvements and processes out to the shop floor. Design new systems to keep project fabrication and assembly moving forward. Worked and developed new tools and spreadsheets for the team to be able to track and improve delivery out to the shop floor. Also, in charge of the Planning department, worked on systems to create priorities for job work orders, and developed new standards to improve on-time delivery. Developed tools and reports to track, monitor, and analyze key department KPIs.
