Sole responsibility for implementing BI solution into greenfield site. Highly successful BI implementation involving extensive stakeholder interaction to define requirements, engage with users, training, rollout and on-going support. Developed sophisticated BI reports / KPI dashboards using Power BI including DAX coding. Designed, built and optimize the SQL server (Azure) warehouse that supports the Power BI reports. The BI implementation has been so well received with a significant positive impact to support optimisation of resources, budgetary control, finance, CRM optimisation and HR. Received excellent feedback from users on the contribution that my Power BI reports have made to managing their business.
