Mr. Slusser serves as Finance Director (FP & A) at Riveron, a fast-paced PE-backed professional services portfolio company. He reports directly to the CFO and leads a high-performing finance team with direct influence over Financial Forecasts, Financial Reporting & Executive Decision Support. With 5+ years’ experience in this environment, key accomplishments include:• Leading the Finance team during the FY22-FY23 sale process from H.I.G. Capital to Kohlberg & Company, collaborating with investment bankers and PE sponsors to develop and update financial forecasts.• Owning the firm\'s financial forecast with an emphasis on accuracy.• Serving as the primary \"go-to\" resource for Executive (CEO/CFO) decision support analyses, delivering insightful narratives on forecasting, KPIs, compensation, margin, productivity, and supply/demand.• Spearheading the annual budget cycle (FY22-FY25) in coordination with cross-functional stakeholders and segment leaders to align on firm growth objectives.• Preparing and reviewing monthly Leadership and PE sponsor reporting package, monthly Executive Committee and quarterly Board meeting materials.• Ensuring P&L integrity through close collaboration with accounting teammates during month-end close.• Driving M&A integrations with pro-forma P&L creation for acquisitions including Winter Harbor (2020), GBI (2021), Clermont Partners (2022), Yantra (2024), and Effectus Group (2024).Prior to joining Riveron, Mr. Slusser served as a Manager within Greystone\'s Planning & Financial Services group. His primary responsibilities included:• Strategic planning, financial modeling and analyses, planning and coordination of senior living project financings, market demographic, economic and real estate analyses, client presentations, and general project management activities.• Preparing and reviewing complex senior living business plans detailing target market opportunities (including competitive, demographic, economic, and real estate analyses) and financial feasibility of proposed projects through developing projected cash flow models, project budgets, plans of finance, and required reserves and ratios.• Extensive experience in financial modeling, project structuring, variance analysis, and operational reviews.Prior to joining Greystone, Mr. Slusser worked for Ernst & Young LLP in the Dallas assurance practice. Mr. Slusser received his Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting and Master of Science in Finance from Texas A&M University. He is also a Certified Public Accountant.
