ABOUT JONATHAN SISLER

Jonathan took over Sweeping Corp of America (SCA) as the Chairman & Chief Executive Officer in late 2023. He has over 25 years of experience leading businesses in supply chain, technology, and manufacturing. Through an operational focus and a genuine care for customers and the people who serve them, Jonathan has an unparalleled track record of fiscal success.Prior to his current role at SCA, Jonathan was CEO at Coyote Logistics where his record of success was augmented by an operational focus, strong financial background and entrepreneurial drive. He enabled enterprise growth from $150M to $2B in 7 years and an addt’l $3.5B in 4 years at Coyote Logistics overseeing up to 3,500 employees. Jonathan’s leadership skills, customer focus & ability to build strong team loyalty/ collaboration inform all his work.Jonathan became CEO of Coyote in July, 2018. Earlier, he served as President (replacing the company’s founder & CEO with the advent of its sale to UPS), driving revenue & employee growth ($2 to ~$3Bn and 2,300 to a continued independent status & culture within UPS.Earlier, as CFO, Jonathan enabled the firm to achieve its rapid growth ($150M to $2B through 2014) by leading the accounting/finance functions & serving in a key role to develop Coyote’s culture & ensure leadership team’s execution on all fronts to enable hyper-growth. He sourced/negotiated & executed Access America Transport’ acquisition, and negotiated/executed Coyote’s sale to UPS; ensured alignment between all business aspects; built FP & A from ground up into a strong/effective team; and expanded the revenue base by developing deep customer relationships/addressing their needs. Serving as the main point of contact for the majority-owned private equity partner Warburg Pincus and BOD, Jonathan handled all communication, board materials & weekly calls.Before, Jonathan was CFO at General Freight Services, driving increased EBIDTA margins & growth. He sourced, negotiated/executed GFS’ sale to Coyote/Warburg Pincus in 2008.Previously, Jonathan served as Corporate Controller at Scovill Fasteners. He started his career at Arthur Andersen as a Financial Assurance Consultant. He has a Masters of Accountancy from Auburn University & a BS in Accountancy from the University of Florida.
