About Jonathan Simpson
Helping people is a core motivation for me. I have had the prividge of serving in a number of rolls at different sized organizations. I am quick on my feet and enjoy interacting with people. I love problem solving and have enough empathy to listen well so I can decipher a persons needs and provide practical effective solutions. I nurture long standing relationships but my primary strength is starting new ones. Meeting the needs of people brings me a great deal of enjoyment. I\'m driven to see growth in myself, in others and in organizations. Though it is never easy, I love the challenge and derive great satisfaction through the process. I enjoy seeing the results of hard work as I connect people to solutions that will meet their needs and make their lives better.
