Jonathan Shepard is an experienced operations, analytics, and business strategy professional with experience in digital marketing, data analysis, project evaluation, project management, and data migration. Jonathan has a passion for creative problem solving, working cross-functionally to help organizations streamline and optimize business processes, and using data to make smarter business decisions.Prior to his current role at HighLevel, Jonathan worked as a senior data analyst, senior operations analyst, and independent data analysis and data migration consultant for a variety of public and private sector clients. Before that, Jonathan served as a Presidential Management Fellow in the U.S. Government. He provided technical assistance and methodological expertise to staff around the world, and has conducted comprehensive research on foreign assistance in Baghdad, Iraq.Jonathan has worked across a range of public, private, and nonprofit capacities. He is proficient in French, and holds a Master\'s in Public Policy from the University of Michigan\'s Ford School of Public Policy and a B.A. in Policy Studies from Rice University.
