About Jonathan Sharpe

My career in the industry began in in Saratoga Springs, NY. I first worked for a custom home builder and remodeling company where I did everything from laying foundations to installing door locks and everything in between. Over the past 22 years I have successfully learned and worked many trades in the construction industry. Including Carpentry (Finish & Framing), Concrete (Slab & Foundation), Electrical (Residential & Commercial), Heavy Equipment Operator, Steel Erection, Roofing, and the list goes on. My goal in learning these trades on a professional level was to build my knowledge to be the best Project Manager I could be. My Project Management successes have been in the Neighborhood Amenities, Restaurant Up Fits, Office Up Fits, Shell Buildings, all levels of Senior Living Community Projects and Building and Property Renovations and Maintenance. I am very passionate about the construction industry and I am fully invested to making long term relationships with the clients and trade partners I meet along the way.
