Previously obtained a ‘First Class’ BSc (Hons) Human Geography degree in 2010 and a ‘Distinction’ MSc Development Planning degree in 2011 from the University of Reading. Awarded The Breheny Prize for the highest MSc grade. Now an alumni member of Reading Real Estate Foundation. Expertise in advising clients on a wide range of planning and development issues across south-east England and beyond, particularly in the residential, commercial, education and infrastructure sectors.Advice provided including: site appraisals, due diligence, planning strategy, site promotion, applications/appeals, planning conditions, sequential tests and S106/CIL.
