About Jonathan Scruggs

With over two decades of experience in the consumer goods industry, I am a Global Environmental, Health, Safety, and Sustainability Technical Leader, and provide corporate leadership and guidance to ensure environmental compliance and sustainable processes at Manufacturing sites, R&D, and Distribution Centers. I have a Bachelor\'s Degree in Occupational Safety and Health, and an ASP. Currently, I\'m attending Graduate school at the University of Alabama Birmingham\'s, School of Engineering for my Masters in Advance Safety Engineering. As a Global EH & S Technical Leader, I leverage my skills in consumer products, manufacturing operations, creative ideation, distribution, and process engineering to support KPIs. I have successfully conducted Sustainability End-to-End solutions, Lean manufacturing processes, advised and directed RCRA and non-RCRA, Recycling & Reuse waste streams, and collaborated with regulatory agencies on corrective action plans to comply with Environmental Federal, State, and Local regulations. I also have multiple certifications and a patent, and passionate about enhancing safety, health, environmental, and sustainability from the front-end innovations, throughout supply chain distribution, and end of life cycle sustainable design.

   Responsible for managerial leadership to enable environmental, health, safety compliance, and sustainable processes at manufacturing sites and other assigned Clorox sites.*Develop and implement \"Training and Technical Process Support\" strategies to facilitate the achievement of EHS & S deliverables aligned with the Company\'s overarching goals and objectives.*Offer effective leadership, comprehensive training, and guidance to individual plant environmental leads.
