Have successfully presented over + shows as General Manager of Blue Man Group. · Oversee operations and P&L of 3 large scale theatrical productions in New York, Chicago, and Boston, with 5 direct reports and 300 cross functional employees (managers, artists, technicians, box office, front of house).· Oversaw a major multi-million-dollar capital investment in new creative and production infrastructure upgrades for all 3 shows, working with building partners, producer, engineers, designers, creative, technical, and local show teams to deliver installs on time and on budget. · Co-created and implemented with the head of Occupational Health and Safety, a BMG written workplace safety program with the goal of preventing workplace injuries and illness and firmly positioning safety as a core value and accountability at every level of the organization. · Oversaw all planning, communications, and execution for the safe and successful closure and load out of the New York and Chicago productions in early 2025. · Assumed the responsibility of General Manager of Artistic Direction Department, overseeing creation and development, implementation, and show quality monitoring for all resident and touring shows, corporate events, and press and marketing appearances.
