Currently attending The University of Oregon as a class of \'26 graduate. I am in the Lundquist College of Business as a direct admit as well as a member of the Clark Honors College completing my undergraduate research thesis titled, “Bridging the Gap: Enhancing NIL Support Systems for Collegiate Athletes.” I’m a young leader in the athlete marketing space passionate about supporting young, underrepresented athletes to take advantage of the opportunity they now have to monetize their stories and personal brands in sport.

   Led the strategic direction of the organization, overseeing all operations, partnerships, and athlete relations- Managed a team of over 50 student employees across multiple departments, including account management, outreach, and creative services- Oversaw more than 60 active athlete NIL accounts, ensuring tailored support and consistent deal flow- Directed cross-functional teams to execute outreach, secure brand partnerships, and support athlete brand building- Spearheaded initiatives to expand company reach, improve internal processes, and enhance athlete services- Cultivated relationships with local, national, and global brands to generate NIL opportunities for athletes- Developed innovative strategies to connect student-athletes with brand partners, maximizing exposure and deal success- Implemented operational systems that streamlined athlete onboarding, account management, and campaign tracking- Represented the organization in meetings with university leadership, brands, and external stakeholders- Enhanced athlete support services by introducing new educational resources around branding, financial literacy, and deal management.
