Used to work within international teams on complex projects, I like working in a group, uniting people, aiming to a common goal. I use my adaptability skills to make an organization or a process involving people succeed, keeping in mind Saint Exupéry quote:\"He who is different from me does not impoverish me - he enriches me\".My career started working in Airbus, helicopters\' manufacturer. Then I moved to operator side, in Babcock, to wear customer shoes. I practices from services proposal to services execution, including contract execution, customer satisfaction and management, before getting an overview of all Managing Director aspects (organization, product and service innovation, market analysis, finance, marketing and sales strategy etc.) when I launched my own company.And to do so, sports provide me energy and balance: the more I practice outside, the better I am. In competition, it provides me the taste of performance and engagement, as a spare time, it brings me fun and entertainment.
