The Chief Program Officer is charged with developing, integrating, and implementing program initiatives to support future growth in delivery of quality healthcare and shelter to the homeless community, while being a key member in implementing the multi-year strategic plan. In addition to overseeing CFH\'s multifaceted and comprehensive program model, the CPO will serve as a key member of the executive team with the ability to act in the CEO role as needed. CFH has developed an innovative program model that integrates low barrier, high quality health care into the homeless services portfolio in NYC, including and especially in CFH’s own growing network of safe havens and shelters.
