Coordinated upgrade of existing project sites to increase production. I was brought onto this project to accelerate schedule and remedy issues, as it was running 7 months behind and generating loss in production. Within four months the project was back on schedule and roadblocks to increased production had been removed. While in this role, I continued to maintain and execute an additional portfolio of projects, serving as both Project Manager and Engineer.Role highlights- Getting a project back on track which was running 7 months behind schedule- Identified project constraints and critical path within 3 weeks, achieving endorsement from multiple levels of management- Worked with multiple parties (suppliers, manufacturers and Internal Engineering teams) to remove constraints, develop alternative solutions and secure approvals- Coordinated the execution of multiple work scopes within each site- While in this role, I continued to maintain and execute an additional site portfolio of projects, simultaneously serving as both Project Manager and Engineer- Delivered regular reporting and business updates to field and management teams on project health, budget status, and areas of concern.
