As Chief Audit Executive and head of Enterprise Risk Management at Gap Inc.(NYSE: GAP), I lead a global team that delivers assurance and insight across our iconic brands — Gap, Banana Republic, Old Navy, and Athleta. My mandate extends beyond compliance: I focus on embedding innovation, technology, and strategic alignment into audit and risk practices, helping the organization navigate an increasingly complex environment.Previously, at CVS Health and Marathon Petroleum, I transformed internal audit functions into trusted, technology-enabled partners.
