I provide training and coaching services to leading brands with a particular focus on leadership development and performance improvement. Highlights include:Delivery of several leadership initiatives across major UK brands, including an award winning programme for one of the major banks and a project that improved customer retention / conversion by 6.2% in the home TV / broadband industry.Design and delivery of a tailored leadership programme across the UK for Everyturn Mental Health.Design and delivery of training across seven different countries for a new product offering around TV, home phone and broadband. This included all leadership onboarding and development, retail, sales and technical install. The project was a big success with over new customers signed up during the rollout. Performance improvement initiative for a global debt management company. This project was designed around leadership development, communication and negotiation. We designed / delivered material and coached managers to drive performance. This led to a substantial and sustained revenue increase whilst maintaining customer satisfaction, with a 250% ROI. Designed and delivered several programmes for Taylor Wimpey, including their early talent leadership and retention initiative, various leadership development offerings, dispute resolution and customer service. Delivered Aldi’s leadership development program, particularly around assertiveness, change management and managing performance for their graduate area managers.
