About Jonathan Rodriguez
Subsequent to working with Compass Group and Restaurant Associates between 2009 and 2015, I developed a passion for providing exemplary customer service. After building my management and hospitality skills, I was presented with a job at Everest. I contributed to a gratifying claim reporting experience for hundreds of insureds and other professionals on a daily basis. My role in the company encompassed a large array of duties, especially working successfully with my team members to ensure customer satisfaction, as well as providing supportive assistance to all of my coworkers. I find the industry to be so intriguing I wanted to expand my knowledge branching off into Underwriting. I joined Argo Group as an underwriting assistant in January of 2019. I display excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills, and I excel in developing a strong rapport with customers. I possess a long-term interest in the hospitality industry and hope to establish my own catering business. I look forward to any and all opportunities that may arise.
