This includes managing all day-to-day commercial operations on EXP’s major projects and includes: Scheduling of projects, updates from changes from the client, changes in scope and deliverables dates; Defining and implementing operations strategy, structure and processes; Management of the budgeting process; Monitoring performance to proactively identify efficiency issues; Collection of data to allow for invoicing; Formation of control budgets; Monitoring of KPIs including Earned Value reporting; and Production of project reports to the leadership of the companies involved.
