More information can be found at and As the Controller and one of the first hires of OTG early on, I was responsible for creating the back-end operations of the business. Examples of those operations consist of the following: Accounting Infrastructure & Financial Operations: •Built and implemented robust accounting infrastructure, enhancing financial accuracy, reporting, and operational efficiency. •Developed standardized accounting policies, procedures, and automated systems for consistent practices. •Implemented financial controls and produced training manuals in order to reduce manual errors. Payroll & Benefits Management: •Established and managed an efficient payroll and benefits department, ensuring accurate and timely processing. •Implemented compliant policies and procedures, collaborated with HR for employee benefits programs. Lease Negotiations & Payment Processing: •Negotiated favorable leases, optimizing office space utilization and reducing costs. •Implemented efficient payment processing systems, negotiated vendor terms for improved cash flow.
