As a finance student at Florida State University, I have developed a sturdy foundation with a Bachelor of Science in Finance and am currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance with a focus on Real Estate. My academic journey has equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of finance and business analytics, and I am eager to apply this knowledge to the real estate sector, focusing on appraisal, valuation, lending, and property management. In addition to my studies, I have gained valuable hands-on experience through roles such as Bar Operations Assistant at Madison Social, where I excel in providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, and as a Security Captain at Potbelly’s & The Garden, where I led a team to ensure safety and operational efficiency daily. My leadership capabilities have been further honed through my involvement as Executive Vice President of Beta Theta Pi and as Executive Producer for WVFS V89 Sports, where I manage content creation and deliver live sports updates. These experiences have refined my skills in communication, organization, and strategic planning. I am particularly enthusiastic about advancing my expertise in the real estate field through industry-specific certifications in Financial Modeling through the Real Estate Financial Modeling (REFM) course. My dedication to continuous learning is demonstrated by my active participation in trade associations like the Commercial Real Estate Finance Council and AI, where I aim to deepen my understanding of industry trends and build professional networks. As I look forward to graduating and embarking on a career in real estate, I am also eager to contribute to the MSF executive board, where I aspire to play a pivotal role in organizing programs and liaising with faculty to enhance the student experience. My goal is to drive meaningful progress in both my academic and professional endeavors, making a positive impact within the finance and real estate communities.    I currently work as a Financial Analyst Intern at Timbers Company, where I support the day-to-day responsibilities of both the development and acquisitions teams. I assist on a range of luxury real estate projects by maintaining and building financial models, contributing to research that supports development decisions, and helping track key data used in asset management. Working closely with seasoned professionals across various departments has given me valuable exposure to the real estate development process and strengthened my technical skills in a real-world setting.
