About Jonathan Pischl

At my core I am a teacher. It brings me immense joy to help others help themselves in achieving their goals and realizing new potential. It shapes my leadership style and informs my day to day approach to solving complex business problems. As a Leader I focus my time and energy on building high performing teams. I start with intentional organization design that prioritizes forming teams with a rich diversity of experience. I celebrate the behaviors that build trust and coach the behaviors that break trust. I believe in the power of assuming positive intent and de-escalation through active listening and offering support during challenging situations. When faced with big complex business problems, my approach is to seize the opportunity to learn a new way to do something to achieve a different outcome. I believe it requires suspending your ego, activating your curiosity, and accepting failure as part of the process. I accept that I am a novice, perform research, form a hypothesis, test, measure, and repeat until I achieve the desired outcomes. I teach this process to my teams, and hold them accountable to following processes that foster a culture of continuous growth and learning.
