About Jonathan Picker
I am interested in biotech innovation and how new technologies can get out from the lab into industry. I want to see new technologies be applied in an industrial and mainstream setting. I am especially interested in new device formation and learning how to find funding for start-ups with new biotech devices. After spending time in tech transfer, I am even more interested in what is required for biotech companies to get their products to the right market. I want to be able to assist small start-ups and university-based start-ups get their patent portfolio in line, and to ensure that there is nothing that will hinder their possibilities. I am currently working for Dentons Intellectual Property under Dr. Hanson and Dr. Hiesberger, offering high quality service to biotechnology companies ensuring their intellectual property is protected.
