Maintain Land Records and supply historic land information including: subdivision files, plats, street address atlas, street files, City-owned property files.• Prepare, review, and maintain legal instruments impacting real property; assist in negotiations and/or technical requirements for acquisition and disposal of real property by the City.• Process Revocable Licenses, Easements, Unity of Title/Unity of Control, Releases, and miscellaneous legal documents, either directly for City Council or as part of a Development Order agenda packet.• Review development applications; Provide information to Planners and Zoning Office from the City Clerk files, County Clerk Public Records, Land Records files and Building Permits.• Process Right of Way abandonments, drainage easements, and cross access agreements.• Supply historic information and do research in the public records, building permits and in Planning and Zoning case files for internal and external information requests.
