   Calvin Coolidge Presidential Foundation

   Executing a national expansion of the Coolidge Speech & Debate program by hosting 10-12 high-quality, in-person tournaments annually in cities across America. Building and elevating the profile of two national championship-level tournaments: the Coolidge Cup in Plymouth Notch, VT, and the Presidents\' Cup in Washington, DC.• Cultivating grassroots growth among interested students, coaches, and parents nationwide by distributing marketing and instructional materials, advising new partners, and assisting in the launch of regional hubs for Coolidge Debate.• Maintaining strong relationships with key program constituencies, including members of the 1890 Society (the Foundation’s honors society for young alumni of the speech and debate program), debate coaches, parents, and students. Recruiting, training, and supporting a volunteer network of citizen judges across the country.• Representing the Coolidge Speech and Debate program before prospective donors and leading fundraising efforts to support the program.• Selecting debate topics, preparing content-rich issue briefs, and securing topic experts to serve as guest speakers at tournaments.• Collaborating with the Foundation\'s leadership team to develop an annual program budget and ensure programming aligns with financial parameters.
