Program Manager supervising 400+ clients and several projects within the Avid Alliance Partnerships and cloud team. I have worked jointly with Microsoft, Disney Studio Labs and internal stakeholders on the MCU Editorial library project. I work directly with the Senior Director of Partners and Alliances as well as Avid, Disney & Microsoft program managers, Solutions Architects and Network Engineers. Together we have created the Avid Panel SDK Partner Program and the Marvel Cinematic Library.Responsibilities include-Building Avid Program Plans for multiple projects to facilitate Milestone tracking, intercommunications between developers/engineering teams and produce executive reporting-Monitoring/reporting on development sprints and feature requests in Jira, assisting partners with engineering workflow issues and account updates in Salesforce-Contribute to operational documents, write confluence pages and facilitate legal agreements-Additional skills include hosting external project meetings, internal scrum meetings and writing world-class meeting notes in real-time.
