ABOUT JONATHAN PARROTT

Following on from client-facing experience in both the hospitality and accountancy sectors, Jonathan began on his journey in software engineering, having realised a passion for using creativity to solve problems.This journey started in 2020 at Northcoders Coding Bootcamp, a 12 week course focusing on full stack engineering. Jonathan then cut his teeth at a cloud-native, modern engineering consultancy called Infinity Works. Working on solving complex problems and driving digital transformation across clients in the Healthcare, Energy and Retail sectors, Jonathan trained his ability in TypeScript, React, React Native, AWS, Azure, GoLang and.NET Core. Aside from writing code, this role placed an emphasis on mentoring others in both technical topics and Agile ways of working. Having received opportunities to lead development of projects early on his career, Jonathan was promoted to Senior Associate Consultant in 2021 and then again to Consultant in 2022.After 3 years at Infinity Works Jonathan moved to PA Consulting where he continued to drive digital transformation and innovation, particularly in the health and life sciences sector. While polishing his skills in TypeScript, React and.Net, Jonathan also up-skilled in building AI solutions in enterprise scale applications, leading on design and build of the AI capability within clients in the clinical trials space. After 9 months with the company, Jonathan was promoted to the role of Senior Consultant for his contributions both on client and through his work leading on the production and delivery of a React course to peers.
