About Jonathan Parrilla

Cloud technology has become a passion of mine since 2018 when I had to migrate an application from one orchestration method to another within 60 days. That situation lit a fire in me that burns to this day.It is this fire that has illuminated my journey from a Cloud Technician to DevOps Engineer, to becoming a manager leading 3 teams of 9 engineers.I believe in being organized, holding oneself accountable, and planning things in advance. If I do not know something, I go out and learn it. I can admit when I am wrong about something, and I enjoy using those moments as learning opportunities in order to grow from my mistakes. I believe a leader works for his team. This means I focus on making sure my team has what they need to succeed, and if they do not, I believe it is my responsibility to provide it.
