Responsible for restructuring fundraising operations at state-wide non-profit from completely grant-oriented funding to a more diverse funding stream, including individual donors, corporations, law firms, law schools, and governmental entities.Successfully organized and executed the organization\'s first-ever fundraising event, raising 5x the cost of the event and going 80% under budget for the event. Soon, we will launch this event in multiple cities throughout the state of Texas, with targets to have events in Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, Austin, and Fort Worth by 2027.Implemented an end-of-year campaign and beat fundraising goal by 30% while at the organization for less than a month.Increased donor universe by over 3x in the first three months of 2025, had the best Q2 in the organization\'s history, the best single month in TLSC\'s history, and increased funding and donors every unique month.Organized a first-of-its-kind outreach operation to bring law schools into the support structure of TLSC.
