ABOUT JONATHAN OKEREKE
Certified digital transformation expert and trusted technology advisor with over 14 years experience in the successful implementation and designing of digital health solutions ranging from interoperability, data integration, solution architecture, information security to enterprise risk management. Jonathan has a strong background in aligning digital transformation with strategic business objectives to meet stakeholder needs, especially in the Healthcare, MedTech and Lifesciences industry. Over the years, I have worked on multiple projects, both national (within Germany) and international (within the EU) such as: EU-Horizon2020 Credential Project; Germany\'s Medical Informatics Initiative – HiGHmed Project; Covid-19 Data Exchange Platform, NUM-CODEX. Within these projects and as Lead Architect, I was part of different Digital transformation initiatives and was responsible for defining the technical architectures; alignment with stakeholders (sponsors, c-suite executives, project leads) and addressing their respective concerns; development of the High Level Solution Designs (HLSD); creation of architecture roadmaps, implementation and migration plans; ensuring a seamless transition from baseline (as-is) to target (to-be) architecture; discussing exceptions and non-conformities with the Architecture Board; delivering various architectural deliverables (artifacts: catalogs, matrices, diagrams, building blocks, etc.); and mentoring of Solution architects and Developers on best practices and latest technology trends.
