Independently design and perform experiments involving cell isolation from tissue, expansion and transduction experiments to support the skin Vδ1 program.• Support various depletion and expansion studies exploring the skin-derived Vδ1 gamma delta T cell.• Perform in-vitro assays including One-Glo short-term killing and Repeated Antigen Stimulation (RAS) assays and assessing cells with the Biotek Plate Reader and Incucyte Live Cell Analysis System.• Culture and harvest of skin-derived Vδ1 gamma delta T cells along with OVCAR and A549 tumor target lines.• Conducted immunophenotyping using multicolor flow using the BD Symphony.• Trained on and implemented automation to the workflow and associated assays, including the Lynx, Luminex, Integra Assist Plus, Integra Welljet, and Biotek plate reader.• Assumed Space Controller duties for the laboratory space, including maintaining cleaning procedures, keeping inventories of supply stocks, and being the liason with Laboratory Operations.• Present data in cross-functional meetings
