About Jonathan Nelson
With offices and professionals located across the nation, Anchor Health Properties has been developing and managing real estate for four decades. Since the 1980\'s our sole focus has been the development, funding and operation of healthcare properties. We provide outcome-driven services and capital to hospitals, physician practices and other healthcare providers throughout the Southeast, with projects ranging from stand-alone physician clinics to large ambulatory care centers and full replacement hospital campuses. Our early roots lie in the speculative development and marketing of medical office buildings, with our own financial resources at risk. Over the years we have cultivated and now bring a pragmatic approach to the design, construction, funding and leasing of healthcare facilities, which is driven by an experienced understanding of the full set of skills and critical issues that drive successful healthcare project outcomes - outcomes that have consistently exceeded our clients\' expectations.

Previously with Brinkman Management & Development, on November 1, 2015 Brinkman merged with Anchor Health Properties, LLC, a development and management company also exclusively focused on medical facilities.Anchor Health Properties is a national, full-service healthcare real estate firm focusing on the development, acquisition and management of healthcare real estate. Anchor Health Properties has principal offices in Charlottesville, VA and Media, PA and over 115 employees spanning both coasts. We take a strategic approach to navigating the extremely competitive healthcare marketplace, considering multiple angles, such as retail drivers, customer experience, branding and efficiency of each project. We develop and manage projects that respond to the new landscape of employed physicians, team-based care, the need to optimize assets and reduce duplication, and the integration of care and technology.
