ABOUT JONATHAN NEAL
A strong and varied background in ‘Engineering for Services’ (RAMS & ILS/IPS) and related business areas. Currently an Associate Fellow within Rolls-Royce plc - Engineering, Technology & Safety. Holds an MSc in Through-life System Sustainment, trained in Lean by Project7 Consultancy and in Systems Engineering. A member of the Through-life Engineering Services (TES) Council and an industry speaker on ‘Design for Service’ at Cranfield University.An advocate for collaborative working between Services and Engineering in the earliest stages of Product and Service design, and for the application of architecting & model-based systems engineering (MBSE) techniques to future Product-Service Systems.Sept \'23 - Co-chair of the Industrial Advisory Board (IAB) of Cranfield University’s ‘Centre for Life cycle Engineering & Management’ (CLEM).Q4 \'24 - joined the ASD Steering Committee for s-series specification (Integrated Product Support) and the ASD Product Support Specifications Group (PSSG).
