As part of the Hotels executive committee I lead the People function for the two UK properties reporting into the GM and regional HR lead.• Operational budget responsibility for payroll circa £18m• 400 colleagues across two venues• Leading a People function of 9• L4L attrition reduction 9%• Engagement participation at 97%Responsible for the budgeting, strategy and delivery aspects resulting the best HR metric results for the business FY 25/26. My role at Jumeirah Carlton Tower and The Lowndes Hotel demonstrates a successful adaptation to the luxury market following my extensive experience at all other levels and iterations of hospitality.I oversee a team of nine incredible individuals responsible for all aspects of the people function at two of London’s most iconic luxury hotels.This is a heavily strategic function to deliver not only the domestic results but also provide longer-term succession and mobility solutions for future properties across the world.
