Last year UTB was named ‘Specialist Bank of the Year’ for the second time at the Bridging and Commercial Awards 2018.As an experienced Director Property Development for UTB, I work with housebuilders, developers and private clients (throughout England and Wales) providing funding for residential, residential led mixed use schemes and commercial development projects.• Facilities available of up to £30m per project• High ‘Loan to Cost’ facilities considered• Funding available for each stage of a projects lifecycle including-1. Acquisition Finance including existing buildings & land with planning or requiring planning enhancement2. Development Finance including new build, conversions and refurbishments including permitted development3. Sales period funding for completed properties• Terms appropriate to the development including a suitable period for sales• I also work with third party Junior Debt and Equity finance providers
