ABOUT JONATHAN MULEBA
I am a leadership-focused coach, strategist and youth-development specialist operating across football, sport and education. My journey began as a player at Chelsea Academy (14+) and AFC Bournemouth (18–21), before completing a BSc in Business & Sport Management and co-founding The Impact Team.Today, our organisation operates across five London boroughs, running 25 competitive youth teams, delivering PE lessons and after-school services inline with the National Curriculum, and pioneering sport-enrichment programmes with local authorities and CSR teams — supported by a team of 26 staff.Alongside this, I lead the Essex scouting team for Arsenal Academy, identifying and recruiting U12–U16 talent from grassroots football. I also serve as Head of Academy at Pro:Direct Academy East London, helping shape high-performance, full-time football and education pathways for young players aged 16-19.I’m passionate about inspiring organisations to achieve impact, nurturing talent, and shaping the next generation of footballers, coaches and community leaders.
