Design and draft Civil infrastructure plans including but not limited to roads, storage pads, site and building grading, culverts and drainage infrastructure under the guidance of the senior engineer including preparing sitewide traffic maps for both permanent site traffic and temporary alterations to traffic management to facilitate construction activities. Project management, scheduling of crew and equipment allocations in conjunction with civil supervisors across numerous ongoing projects as per the site wide priority matrix. Collect and organize and record accumulated project costs for budget reporting and assisting in identifying variances between projected and accrued project costs. Further management of deadlines, risks, constraints,optimizations and contribute to mitigation and efficiency planning.Coordinate and analyze the results of required geotechnical and concrete testing labs, ensuring test procedures align with quality standards. Conduct inspections, monitor progress, coordinating required QA/QC and ensure work is done according to design specifications and safety guidelines. Support the preparation of technical drawings as per Internal produced civil infrastructure designs (3D models) and cost estimates to complete scope of work. Oversee procurement requirements, including transportation logistics, stock inventory levels and site future requirements. Prepare and analyze requests for proposals and scope of works with external consultants and suppliers. Collectively reviewing andrecommend a preferred option under the guidance of the Senior Engineer.
