ABOUT JONATHAN MOREE

With over eleven years of experience in the computer and network security industry, I am a Manager of Talent Acquisition Operations and India Recruiting at Optiv, a leading provider of cybersecurity solutions and services. My mission is to ensure the effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance of our global talent acquisition processes, methods, and strategies, and to support the hiring and retention of top talent for our operations teams.I have a strong background in recruiting operations, analytics, and full life-cycle recruiting, as well as a BS in Industrial-Organizational Psychology from Northwest Missouri State University. I leverage my skills and knowledge to perform data-driven analysis of operational metrics, volume, and goals, to identify gaps and changes that need to be addressed by the senior leadership, and to implement key operational improvements that enable our hiring and balance requirements with the desire for a positive candidate and hiring manager experience. I also manage the infrastructure, tools, and technologies that facilitate our talent acquisition activities, and collaborate with cross-functional departments and stakeholders to ensure alignment and integration of our best practices and standards.
