My mission is to bring to our international clients the innovative learning solutions that will help them upskill and reskill their teams, support the job transformations and develop effective behaviours, with the ultimate goal of helping them get bigger and better results.My key objective is to contribute to (and accelerate) the development of international learning projects, by fostering collaboration across countries within Cegos Group and our world-class partners. To achieve this, I support our teams in all our countries to detect, understand and respond to our clients’ L&D needs, designing and deploying international learning projects. • Develop Cegos international projects’ business by supporting in the positioning, sales and deployment process. • Set up and supervise Cegos international projects’ guidelines, process, practices and tools.• Contribute to the definition of Cegos Corporate offering with other key stakeholders.
