About Jonathan Mitchell

Jon has more than 24 years of experience in Real Estate advisory and consulting. Up until 2011, he spent eight years with Concordis Real Estate Advisors (previously Key Commercial Real Estate Advisors) – a minority owned real estate advisory firm, which he co-founded in 2003. Jon previously started his Real Estate career at Studley (now, Savills), in the Philadelphia office where he served as a Senior Analyst and consultant for over ten years. Now, continuing back at Savills since 2011, his specialties include financial planning, and modeling, in regards to representing commercial tenants. Throughout his Real Estate career, Jon has participated in well over 200 lease transactions, totaling in excess of two million square feet. Jon has also developed customized financial models that have been the catalyst in creating solutions for challenging commercial real estate transactions. Jon’s most recent list of corporate clients include: McCormick Taylor, Inc, Comcast Corporation, Verizon, Commonwealth Pennsylvania, and the City of Philadelphia.
