For over 25+ years I was actively involved in the Running Industry and I learnt over the years the importance of listening to what ‘customers’ want, need and what motivates them.In Jan 2025 I took the decision to take this person-centric approach and a deep passion to ‘serve’ others in a new direction. This included a change of industry and a pivot into the Charity sector working as Business Development Manager (Growth) at Acis Group. I aim to use my past experience as Co-Founder of Running Industry Alliance (RIA), UK & Ireland and General Manager of Up & Running, to support Acis Group in providing homes and services for people to build on and shape the rest of their lives.
