ABOUT JONATHAN MARTIN
First, I practice Medicine, daily - I\'m good at it, and I love it. Second only to that, I build medical and scientific businesses from the ground up, and grow them to the best of my ability. Sometimes they grow so well that bigger companies come and gobble them up. A veteran of private practice, corporate practice, and healthcare-system practice, I have come to know what works and what doesn\'t when it comes to managing outpatient medical networks. I won\'t tell you all the secrets but here\'s one - answer the phone! It\'s the overlooked things that set you apart in medicine, both in business and in clinical practice.With roles from the exam room to the board room, I\'ve operated practices with FFS payment models, VBC in the CMS population, and membership-based concierge/insurance hybrid models. I\'ve managed everything from small individual practices to a healthcare network that saw 350k+ visits annually. I\'ve even worked for the largest DCE in the nation after they bought one of my companies. All of this has led me to understand deeply the requirements of a successful outpatient network.
