Jonathan has been in the HVAC industry for over 12 years and his two sons have been fixing things since they were kids. The Marchand family started True Comfort because they saw a need for a Truly Honest home service company that treats customers as if they were members of the family. Too many HVAC companies will spend most of their time trying to sell something you don’t need, or they will charge super high prices in order to make profits look good to their owners on wall street. At True Comfort, we pledge to treat our customers the same we way we would treat our family and friends. No short cuts, no smooth-talking sales and putting the customer needs first over profits for the guys on Wall Street. We are a family-owned business, and we always will be!
