ABOUT JONATHAN MANSET

Jonathan Manset is a partner in PwC’s Financial Services Assurance Practice and he has a proven record of helping his clients yield results that provide assurance and value to them, their stakeholders and the capital markets. Clients and peers acknowledge that Jonathan is a very adaptable professional and excellent problem solver. His collaborative approach results in deep, positive and enduring change which impacts each client’s current and future business success—simply doing the job is not sufficient. Jonathan is a certified public accountant. He has led integrated audits of financial statements of SEC registrants, regulatory consulting services, complex accounting policy reviews and internal control assessment engagements for a full spectrum of financial institutions. He has helped some of the largest financial institutions register with the SEC and implement the requirements of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.Jonathan was a member of PwC’s National Office where he lead a team that specialized in SEC reporting, accounting and disclosure matters for both domestic and foreign financial services issuers. Jonathan and his team executed pre-filing reviews of SEC issuers and provide technical SEC reporting support to clients in the US, and around the world. Jonathan graduated from Towson University and currently serves on their Advisory Board for the College of Business and Economics. When Jonathan is not at work you can find him with his wife cheering on their two sons in their sports activities.
