When I left the military I had no idea how to write a solid resume, interview effectively, or translate my experience in terms anyone could understand. Compiling 10 years of lessons learned the hard way, I created Project Trailhead to ensure transitioning military members, veterans, and military spouses transition smoothly from the military. Requirements Gathering & Gap Analysis: After speaking with 200+ members of the military community, I noticed common feature requests and roadblocks. To fulfill these, I crafted customized pathways for 5 demographic groups; pinpointing current pain points and creating actionable insights. Business Planning & Strategy: With 200k+ members leaving the military each year, it\'s difficult to create a personalized touch point with each individual. I developed an easy-to-follow system to educate at scale while also offering 1:1 consulting to those desiring fully personalized guidance.
