From the first conversation through the full execution of an integration plan, and committed to protecting client relationships, upholding the firm’s culture, and aligning new practices with Pioneer’s strategic goals.His role includes building and maintaining strong relationships with principals and key stakeholders, guiding practices through change management, and coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver a smooth onboarding experience. He is a member of the Mergers, Acquisitions, and Strategic Partnerships Committee and supports firmwide initiatives to strengthen Pioneer’s growth and client service model.
