About Jonathan Beck

My passions for building with people and creating ecosystems have led me to found several organizations, ranging from grassroots student ventures to Kogna AI.I am driven by two core missions:For Kogna AI: To solve the complexity of modern business data. We create clarity in vast data to fundamentally change how leaders make decisions and collaborate with AI. I am currently leading our team of seven toward this vision.Silicon Shores: To help make the state of Florida a premier startup destination. This goal originates from my core passion for creating teams and recognizing the immense potential and talent this incredible state holds. With a population of 23 million, great ideas are waiting to be brought to life through strong infrastructure. I learned disciplined execution during my time in program management at Lockheed Martin and the art of strategic influence at The Walt Disney Company. In both roles, I analyzed thousands of data points and built over 20 tools and processes to synthesize information quickly and accurately, work that ultimately led to the founding of Kogna.I applied these skills directly to build successful, high-impact teams, including Knights Order, The Heralds, and Nexus at UCF. Through these ventures, I helped students develop their ideas, communication, and leadership skills to create and inspire the future of business.Speaking of the future of business.
