I’m an Employer Engagement and Careers Professional with over 10 years’ experience designing and delivering employability and partnership programmes across local government, education and the third sector.My work focuses on building effective pathways between young people and employers, particularly in communities facing socio-economic disadvantage. I specialise in employer partnerships, work experience design, safeguarding-led delivery and translating organisational priorities into practical, measurable outcomes.To date, I have:– Supported over 600 young people to connect meaningfully with employers– Enabled more than 130 young people to access high-quality, compliant work experience– Contributed to a reduction in NEET levels from 24% to 0.8% between 2024 and 2025I hold a Level 6 qualification in Career Leadership and bring strong experience in safeguarding, health & safety (IOSH), and multi-stakeholder collaboration.
